Jordan Ray (Highland justice court)

I had taken on a pro-bono client.  My first to be honest.  And this judge made it exceptionally hard to help her out.  She had a good case but he just refused to hear it.

The client had issues and disappeared so I could not proceed due to lack of her consent.

He needs to be WAY more understanding in the future.

Kinda makes me miss Sam Goodman.

This guy, I am positive, wears a but plug while he is on the bench.  Kinda massages it in by sitting on the edge of the bench.  He is an absolute DISGRACE!!  He will rule one way after going off the record, in the absence of litigants, IN FAVOR OF their malpracticing attorneys just to protect their clients.

COMMISSIONER LINDSAY P. ABRAMSON - Maricopa County Superior - Phoenix

This bitch is a horrible cunt.  She is so bad that it seems like she is on drugs.  She is definitely a power whore, that's for sure.  A tiny bit of power goes straight to the cunt's fucked up mind.  I'm pretty sure that she's schizophrenic as well.  I was in front of her once and a second time as well and she was absolutely insanely different between the two times.

She fucked me out of a decent judgment and cost me a lot of travel time as well.  I am filing a complaint against her pale ass with AZ's Commission on Judicial Conduct.

Justices of the Peace are BAD. Here’s why:  They are typically uneducated.  They act “holier-than-thou” just because they have the title.  They are easily pushed around by the state.  They are easily pushed around by attorneys.  They think that they are mini-Gods.  They believe they are the king of their own domains.  They actually believe that they are doing some sort of service to the citizens.  They are severely over-paid.  They have no idea what they are doing. Sam Goodman - San Tan Justice Court

Used to have "No complaints about this guy." Now he is an utter douchebag. If you are up against a guy without an attorney, it does not matter what the facts are, it does not matter what the truth is, is does not matter what the law says. Get an attorney and tell your attorney to push the judge around and he will. You will get your way. Hands down on this pussy.

Clayton Hamblen - West Mesa Justice Court

Luckily Mr. Hamblen was beaten by Mark Anderson.  Thank heavens for West Mesa.  Mr. Hamblen was never one of the worst JP's but he did have dirty tricks up his sleeve.  We were able to obtain a complaint filed by a candidate for one of two elected offices at the court in which Mr. Hamblen was employed (for far too long).  Because of said complaint, Mr. Hamblen was (privately) censured for his actions and behaviors that violated ethics and cannons of judicial employees (taking sides).  Regardless of the "private" censure, we are exposing that censureship here regardless of the fact that Mr. Hamblen is no longer a full time J.P. anywhere.  HOWEVER, we heard from a great J.P. that Mr. Hamblen is still working part-time when the regular judge feels like going out fishing instead of performing the duties for which he is being paid/was elected to do.

Lester Pearce - North Mesa Justice Court

One of the absolutely worst Justices of the Peace EVER, Mr. Pearce makes his own laws.  He does not abide by the real world's laws.  Just check out the information found here.

There are plenty of people that are pissed off at him but he doesn't get any opposition when he runs so we continue getting "STUCK" with him every 4 years.  He urgently needs to be removed.  He is probably the #1 worst Justice of the Peace in Maricopa County.  Have you had any problems with this schmuck?  Please add your comment below.  More information will follow as soon as possible.
