"HONORABLE" (in reality, completely lacking of ANY honor whatsoever) ARTHUR T. ANDERSON

This guy, I am positive, wears a but plug while he is on the bench.  Kinda massages it in by sitting on the edge of the bench.  He is an absolute DISGRACE!!  He will rule one way after going off the record, in the absence of litigants, IN FAVOR OF their malpracticing attorneys just to protect their clients.
